Miraculous Work! -- Aug 2020
After many attempts in trying to get a loan modification, speaking to real estate brokers and agents my wife and I lost all hope in trying to negotiate a resolution on a home we were destined to lose, until I heard through one of my associates that Signe Beck was one of the best in the real estate industry. I got in touch with her and asked if she would be interested in representing my wife and I in the short sale of our home. Our situation was much more difficult than most, We were 330K upside down on a 630K home and had never missed a payment. Signe agreed to bring us on as a client and explained that this would not be a simple process due to the uniqueness of the circumstance. After an arduous process in negotiating with the bank, Signe got the short sale approval and sold our home within a few months without having to get behind on the payments. Meanwhile, Signe and her team went to work and found another home for us and closed the deal before the first home was sold. Normally I would have called this a miracle, however after watching Signe and her team go to work and negotiate every aspect of the process quickly and efficiently it was obvious that we were working with an extraordinary Person in Signe and her team. Not everything went smoothly and I believe that the passion, intensity and the relentless effort confronting the issues in a timely manner made all the difference. I have learned in business to surround myself with the best whenever possible and I would put Signe, Aaren and Nicole in that category. The absolute best experience in home buying was provided by Signe and her wonderful team of professionals. They were always available, quick to reply to me and when I had questions about the property they had the answers to me in a very timely matter. When I found a house I wanted to buy, she met me at the property and showed me comparables within 2-hours of reaching out to her. She orchestrated a 22 day escrow from day of agreeing on a price until we had the keys.
