Matt is our Sellers Broker does his job seriously above and beyond and we are speechless sometimes of what he does to us. Excellent in his communications. His wife Sidney and his office staff’s are very efficient with the entire process. It’s a 30 Days Escrow closes on time without delay. We bought our vacation home in May and I said to myself there has to be something that we can do for Matt and his team to give a good review somewhere so I decided to ask Matt (he did not even voluntarily ask us to do this) that’s how good person he is. We had some bad experience in the past with some sellers and buyer’s brokers. So it’s so conforting that you have someone willing to help you get your dream vacation home.
